Final Business Day Special of 2013 at GABP/CBTS Technology Pavilion.

The Reds season is down to the final week. They clinched a wildcard playoff birth! A nice perk of working at Cincinnati Bell is we get opportunities to get to Reds games (for free) and viewing them from the CBTS Technology pavilion out in center field. We get there early for the IT seminar usually very informative, and have lunch right after as the the game begins. Good ballpark chow and a few free beers! You really can't beat it. Today though the Reds lost to the New York Mets 1 to zip. Pretty boring game. It was the only bad part of the afternoon. Afterwards we paid our obligatory visit to Newport Hooters to take advantage of our freebee coupon for wings and happy hour pricing on select cold domestic beer.

Ruby Tuesday

Ray was so impressed with my SD card reader when he borrowed it yesterday morning, he had to get one himself. He suggested  a road trip at lunch to Microcenter up in Sharonville. He also suggested Ruby Tuesday and their Soup and salad special. Good choice Ray! We haven't been up there in a while. They have an excellent salad bar and good and tasty soups.

Sunshine Fine Foods AKA the Deli

Friday is fish day at Sunshine Fine Foods.On the corner of  Elm and Garfield Place downtown. Now truth be told here. It would seem in this blog That all we do is go to Hooters for lunch. Very far from the truth. I would venture to say that 75% of the time we come here and pick up lunch at this fine establishment.Kim, Janet and Pam take care of all our lunch needs there. We are big time fans of their various delicious soups.

Pirate Dress Up Day 2013

Pirate dress up day! Always a favorite of the boys of the SAO. This year was no exception. Actually there were little takers this year as folks had other lunch plans.Glenn and I were the only participants.Can't beat a free lunch!
